Top: Marshalls. White Denim: Marshalls. Bag: Marshalls. Earrings: H&M.

There is nothing quite like a classic, crisp pair of white denim or finding an outfit for under $50. Marshalls you just get me. Always have and always will! I love that white denim in my opinion, surpasses all season rules and can be worn in summer, spring, fall and winter. I definitely plan on getting my fair wear out of them, so don't act surprised if they make another appearance on the blog. The fit is absolutely perfect, and I love the distressed effect which gives them a little edge- easily allowing you to take these to a night on the town look. I paired my white denim with this black and white top- I absolutely love the delicate, embroidered detailing. I always feel like tops like these are so unique, and hard to come so it's always an easy yes!

Fringe With Benefits

Fringe Top: Lotus-SOLD OUT. Skirt/Dress: H&M. Shoes: Target. Earrings: Aldo Shoes.

This Valentine's Day I'm having a love affair with this chic, fun fringe top. Is it not the sassiest of sassiest tops you've ever seen?! Okay, maybe it's just me but I've been all about some fringe lately so when I laid eyes on this top there was no question in my mind that it was going home with me. And, in case you were wondering... this patterned midi "skirt" is actually a fitted, midi dress! I bought it on sale at H&M around the holidays and actually wore it to my birthday brunch. I knew I would be able to wear it for my brunch, and also to the office but would have never thought to pair it with this top to create a complete V-Day look. I've toggled the idea back in forth in my mind to do something like this (making a dress a skirt) with what was already in my closet, but I just couldn't seem to pinpoint a dress in my wardrobe that would give me the look that I was going for.

When I purchased this fringe top the other weekend, I initially thought it was look great with some distressed denim, and studded stilettos (fringe, distressed denim, and studded stilettos=  KILLER, rocker chic) BUT I knew this red/black combo would be more fitting for V-Day. I absolutely love it and I didn't have to go out and spend a dime on another piece to make the outfit complete. These bauble earrings are an older purchase from Aldo. Every woman should have statement jewelry on deck at all times especially for those fancier occasions.

Do you ladies have any special plans for the weekend? What do you plan on wearing? I'd love to know! Leave me a message in the comment section below.

White Top: Jessica Simpson. Jeans: Chip & Pepper. Shoes: Guess. Watch: Guess

I can already tell that this summer is going to be all about crisp, clean whites for me. I just love the light, airy freshness about white on white or this simple white top, with my favorite Chip & Pepper denim. I normally gravitate toward Jessica Simpson's show line over her clothing line any day, but surprisingly she carries some exceptionally cute pieces which are affordable and easy to style. This off-the-shoulder top and romper from my last post are just a few of my recent purchases. How do you guys feel about fresh whites for summer?

Retro Reds

Retro Red Sunnies: Target. Peplum Printed Top: Marshalls. White Cut-Off Shorts: Ross Dress for Less. Cobalt Blue Heels: Jessica Simpson via Off Broadway Shoes. Statement Earrings: Old Navy. White Clutch: Ross Dress for Less.

Happy 4th of July Everyone!! I absolutely love all the patriotism and summer memories that the 4th of July brings. The fireworks, the cookouts, the laughter...all the above! I'm super excited to be reuniting with my college roommates to celebrate the holiday. How will you guys be celebrating? This is more of my cutesy 4th of July look- I'll most likely be in cutoff jean shorts with a pair of chucks tonight lol def no heels! But I was really feeling doing this look up with the ever popular Jessica Simpson Cobalt blue Julez heels that I just love so much! I don't care where you are, it's most likely hot and humid wherever you're going this afternoon/this evening, therefore cute, fringed cut-offs are a MUST! I've been on the lookout for a pair of crisp white cut-offs, and scored these at Ross Dress for Less. I love the aztec detail on the pockets. This peplum printed top is super light and flowy-which is also perfect for celebrating outdoors. My whole vision for this outfit was to be cute, but also comfortable and cool. You could easily dress this outfit down with a pair of gladiator sandals. And, it's definitely not the 4th of July without bold red lips, and retro red sunnies! I hope that you enjoy the holiday!

Denim & Stripes

Maxi Dress: The Gap. Distressed Denim Vest:  JCPenny. Clutch: The Buffalo Exchange. Nude Wedges: Charlotte Russe.

So, I somehow managed to get my boyfriend to snap some blog pics for me while he was in town a couple of weeks could of been the twinkle in my eye lol or my irresistible BIG smile ha! Totally kidding. Whatever it was, he did a pretty good job acting as my photographer that day! Thanks babe :) MAJOR brownie points, right ladies?! That day, the weather was particularly cool, but I had my mind set on wearing something simple, comfortable, cute, flowy and springy because it was so dreary! and just like always I went for the maxi dress! Go figure. My boyfriend actually picked out this super comfy, striped knit maxi from The Gap. It was a just because gift and those are always the best gifts. He's super thoughtful and I'm so thankful for him. I love everything about it. The length was perfect, and the fact that the sleeves are three quarter length made it warm enough to wear that day. I love me some stripes almost as much as I love me some prints! I paired it with my favorite distressed denim vest, and a simple pair of nude wedges. Happy Friday!
